Not buying here, but am looking at possibly selling, will wait and see if it can take out the high at $19, so far, the volume is still relatively light and the 3% dividend is putting a nice floor (we get another $.11 dividend next week). If it takes out $19 and just reduce the payout rate to a still "respectable" 1.75%, the price could go to $25... I may change my tactics to "sell the new high and a small run" and buy back a $2 discount or so.... Zeev
