Without a question everyone in the campaigns for President and the Congress have been anticipating the possibilities of Supremes giving their opinion.

This law is egregious and should never have reached the Supreme Court level. However, it did get to the Supreme Court.

Why?

Because of the Clinton administration in which a non-functioning President, Bill Clinton, allowed his wife with no elected status to write a bill that failed to get through Congress and then was picked up by Barrack Hussein Obama Barry Soetoro and the whole of the Democrat Party to put the finishing touches on the Democrat's plan for a Federal Government system controlled by "the few" not by the "many".
