PRESS RELEASE
HALL TRAIN ENTERTAINMENT INC. ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDERS
Toronto, Ontario – February 26, 2009 – Hall Train Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has now received orders from both the Alberta and British Columbia securities commissions revoking in full the 2003 cease trade orders issued by such commissions against the Company. The revocation orders are effective February 24, 2009.
Several months ago the Company applied to each of the Alberta and British Columbia commissions for revocation of the cease trade orders and, as previously announced on February 23, 2009, the Company filed on SEDAR a number of amended continuous disclosure documents in order to satisfy the requirements of the two commissions. Accordingly, the Company is no longer in default under the securities laws of either Alberta or British Columbia, the only two jurisdictions where it is a reporting issuer.
On January 9, 2009, the Company announced the signing of a letter of intent dated January 8, 2009 (the “Letter of Intent”) with Goldwright Explorations Inc. (“Goldwright”) for the potential combination of the Company and Goldwright pursuant to a reverse take-over transaction to be implemented by amalgamating the two corporations into a new corporation to be called GoldTrain Resources Inc. Further details may be found in the Letter of Intent and in the January 9, 2009 press release of the Company filed on SEDAR which may be viewed at www.sedar.com.
