Robin: Please forgive my intrusion but the answer to Travelers may be simple. I am not familiar with the specific area of insurance but if it is life or health, the benefits of success of Paracelsian could be enormous, many times their investment, in decreased health care cost and delay in paying death benefits. Therefore I would conclude that their interest in helping management would be way beyond just investment. This is just a country boy's thought. John
