Don't know who the quote is from 4TNiner, but I go along with it. I know I've said they will be methodical and efficient. One of the biggest plus factors for NWI has been the character and reputation of senior management. That doesn't guarantee a find but you can rest easy they won't be selling short or dumping a fist-full of recently exercised options just before a sell-off.

Accepting that management is good, we then have to guess at the merits of the property and the market. Everyone has their own thoughts some of which get expressed on S.I. As you know I'm reasonably positive about the property so then comes the market. I'll be in again by tomorrow night and hopefully at a good price - all things being relevant and the risk/reward ratio appropriate.

That may sound like double-talk and in some ways it is. It means I'm no longer starry-eyed about our chances. If the price is right, I'm in - if it ain't, I ain't.
