DOW Jones News today: (ZURICH) "Swiss telephone company Swisscom (SCM) said it plans to invest "several hundred million" francs over the next several years to install an infrastructure in Switzerland for Internet protocol. Swisscom will build the system in cooperation with CSCO...." Sounds like good news for CSCO. Hoping the stock starts upward on this!
