Perhaps. Let's hope that Bush doesn't make the mistake that past conservative Presidents have made & send a squishy moderate (instead of a strict constitutionalist) Judge that molts into a left wing activist over time.

That IMO, would be a huge mistake since we've seen it happen all too often already. I hope Bush has learned from those past mistakes.
