My starting point now is that a democrat will be the next president, regardless. If Condi had presidential aspirations it might be a great move, if she could then leverage that into a presidential run in 2012. A lot of ifs but why not? She's going to be out of a job soon anyway, the republican ticket is unlikely to win leaving her time to manage a football team for a few years.
