[GTE]

<<<given that amati has significant global alliances it would seem that gte alone will not make or break amati. but i did sense a little anxiety from you when the westell drama unfolded last week.>>>

Everything you say is true. Perhaps, even the anxiety over GTE. When Soundview and Cowan came out with their strong trading buy recommendations it was a replay of last spring, and just as then they were spreading rumors.

My response wasn't so much anxiety as frustration. Based on all my information, what Soundview was saying was blatantly unfounded. So I was really saying, How can they do this again? If these analysts are proven wrong --- and, granted, the jury's still out --- do they come out and say, "Ooops. . . sorry folks. . . ?????"

As for what I've heard, right now I'm not only sitting on the front row, I'm sitting on the edge of my seat. And I could be wrong. And my timing could be off. And I could get leg cramps before anything happens.

Cheers!

Pat
