Wall street is kinda slow at times but they aint dumb. usually it takes a while for the water to flow through the wax. Maybe this mornings news about sony making the zip a standard got through all the yelling about the dd sector. If you read the quantum press release, At first it should scare the pants outa you (if you own the stock) but later on it mentions in the small print that well the new drives wont be out till next year and the prices are going to be average and there is not going to be a price war since you double the drive capacity every couple of years, 18 gigs for 2k or so is the standard deduction. Most of the drive sector picked up after lunch. Guess they started talking and it hit them. Hope some of em got bad nose bleeds.
