Roleigh, the RX 2000 Institute has a powerpoint presentation available that summarizes in a pie chart a survey done of the healthcare community which indicates a high likelihood of y2k problems as well as critical deaths.

PS I am not aware of any MD survey. In fact, I have been presenting a y2k seminar for my colleagues here in VA and if anything, most have been completely unaware of the problem.
