Chuzzy: Sounds like a case of angst to me. IMO, when the going gets tough, the tough go shopping... at least that's what I do. Shopping by yourself is an uplifting experience. You can be in a crowd all alone and do a great deal of people watching as well as self-contemplation. Look around you in the mall--- there are always people who are in evidently worse shape than you, for one reason or another. Makes me count my blessings. Plus, a shopping expedition is the ultimate test of strength---will you succumb to the glitter or not. Today, I passed the test. Left the mall empty handed, but full-walleted, so to speak. A bright side to everything..... M
