You're gonna have to use the phone. Call the company and get a perspectus faxed to you. You need to know who the board members are. Then find out who the transfer agent is. Also see if you can get the most recent quarterly report from the compan or their IR. Then check out their officers backgrounds and their IR firm. Hopefully after doing all this you will have some leads. Hraka
