A telling difference Betsy's Page At the CNN Blogger Party, conservatives and liberals were mixed together in a social setting and everyone was quite pleasant to each other from what I observed. I was mostly reading the other conservative bloggers during the evening and I noticed that everyone said nice things about meeting bloggers from across the aisle. Not so this blogger from Firedoglake (link below) who just couldn't stop himself from dumping on the same people he was being pleasant to in person. So, any hope that having a party where bloggers comingle might lead to a bit more comity on the Internet are probably just too idealistic. betsyspage.blogspot.com firedoglake.com
