We SO should have eliminated this guy five years ago. Like John Burns said, blame perfidious Albion for that one. The Brits let him go. The Iranians have Moqty now. They're putting him through a personalized Ayatollah diploma mill, designed to take him from the equivalent of a GED to a PhD in four years. They have plans for this guy. Imad Mughniyeh was in charge of training the JAM.
