Agreed. Very well stated.

I had a 45 minute conversation with Jon last summer. Asked him some pointed questions about composition of BoD, institutional investors, source of start-up funding, etc. Answers were that the BoD consisted of Jon, one insider and one officer of a "small, independent brokerage firm." No institutional investors. Start-up funding consisted of "payments" received from the same "small, independent brokerage firm" that, through its "telesales operation" was responsible for briefly running the stock up to 8 selling to individual investors. Less than 100,000 shares were sold at that level.

It has been suggested to me by a source that I find credible that insiders have sold large quantities of unregistered stock into at least one of the rallies in TCBG over the last 6 months.

Read between the lines. Draw your own conclusions. I suggest that this leopard will not be changing his spots.
