There was a happy-face spin on the B to B report. Almost all Semi stocks moved up the day after the report. They started out down at the open because of the MOT announcement then moved higher throughout the day after 7:00 am. An article in the Wall St. Journal that was pretty much used verbatim in all the wire service and newspaper reports said the B to B was moving into "positive" territory.
