No its just an opinion. It was related to somehting else in the post. Its not libel. Libel would be formal accusation of a particular person or person who by their actions are purported to be doing something that is untrue in fact. Name calling of an intitution is not perforce libel. IBM is a scam. They steal from children. Libel or not? Have fun with it. EC<:-}
