Buy, I found the page. The link did not work properly because of the parenthesis at the end. I am reposting the link below, without the parenthesis: techweb.cmp.com Note that the 29% figure was a percentage of RETAIL desktop PC sales, not all PC sales. Still, it is an impressive growth factor - perhaps it is due in part to the sharply reduced prices for all the other components of a PC. In addition, some of the price reductions on non-MMX processors could have helped. All-in-all, another death knell for the NC pushers. Intel claims to be experiencing high demand for its high-end products. Also, I believe Intel has made statements about further going after the sub-$1k market. So I'm not sure why you would consider this to be a negative for Intel. Best regards, Arno
