To my previous message I failed to add that many times when I want to open a site I get a message from Explorer saying "this page cannot be open" I try and try again sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't I reboot my computer and it seems to help. I have a SONY VAIO 2 years old. My screen states WIN 98 but I thought I had WIN 2000 how can I find out what I have? Harold
