This just is not an innocent mistake by QDRX. No one would buy a company VEGA without legal documents showing what VEGA owned- a bill of sale or contract with ADP would be one item a lawyer would review. The buyer should never wind up be sued by a third party because they bought an asset that was not the sellers. Any purchase agreement would protect the buyer. Conclusion: Palermo is one of the dumbest businessmen around and would buy gold watches for a buck-maybe. The VEGA deal involved people who QDRX does not want to sue or details that are not public? Hmmm Glenn
