This says to me that they feel they are worth more than the market is dictating. Seems like good news to me and is in line with what I posted earlier about money being sucked away from small caps to big names (ie INTC, MSFT, CSCO) that are presently riding a tsunami. If management realistically believes the market isn't seeing the company's true worth, or is just plain looking past the company's particulars because of negative sentiment presently directed at tsmall caps, is that not a good sign for the future; in other words, that maybe market conditions can only get better for SSPIF and its ilk.
