Gary,

You said it right when you said "something that everybody wants". That appears
to be the key. This company operates within a very specialized and important
niche area. The next couple of years will see tremendous growth in the web
appliances, hand held devices and internet connect devices and items which
require embedded systems such as the vcr, cell phones, automobile chips
...any thing with a chip all of which willrequire some software. Metrowerks
is targeting this area.

With earnings soon to be released, a move to NASDAQ soon to come, and the
stock languishing in the $15-$16 range....expect announcements soon to drive
the share value to the next level...hopefully a firm $20.
