I had an interesting conversation with Dr. Mark Goldstein a few minutes ago. He is the Chairman of Mamatech. Total shares: 100 MM Tradable (float) 40MM Dr. Goldstein said also: MAMATECH has no debt. They have capital in the bank. Dr. Goldstein and his collegues do not draw a salary for their work. They do things the "old fashioned" way... They believe in their work and He and his collegues devote half of their available time to Mamatech and the breast cancer detection products they are working on. He would not discuss any forthcoming statements for obvious reasons. Also, they would entertain ideas of a partnership with other companies. (He went on about that for some time, are they in process of being partnered with another company?) Finally, the object of all their work would be to have a successful product that was widely accepted and that someday the stock that they own themselves would be worth some money.
