NDE 15 3/16 declared 38c quarterly dividend, payable 9/7 to shareholders of record 8/2....amounts to about 2 1/2% for just a quarterly dividend. Note NDE intends to give up its REIT status soon, 1/1/2000, and reduce dividend dramatically at that time.
