LION Inc. Announces Organizational Changes

Recommends to Shareholders to Form One Entity

SEATTLE, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- LION Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LINC - news) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Lioninc.com, today announced three major
changes in its organization. The board of directors will be recommending, at its shareholder meeting in early 2000, that the two entities merge into one company.
John H. McMillan, CEO of LION Inc., has been given the additional responsibility of president, and Lioninc.com will form an Office of the President that will report
to the executive committee. The Office of the President will divide the responsibilities between co-presidents Sam Ringer and Ritchie Campbell.

``The board's recommendation focuses the company on a growth strategy for 2000 and beyond which includes expanding brokers subscriptions, extending
automated underwriting relationships and increasing network traffic and brand awareness,' said McMillan and Ringer in a joint statement. ``Splitting executive
responsibilities will enable the company to simultaneously pursue these growth initiatives. Ritchie Campbell will concentrate on operations, investor relations and all
financial issues. Sam Ringer will focus on new technologies, enhancements to its core products and future product development for the mortgage industry.'
