But it brings up yet another voting conspiracy with GOP written all over it!!!

Ballots are designed to be used by RIGHT HANDED people. So Jimi had to vote upside down and ended up voting for Frank Zappa somehow (who also voted for Al...).

Although these RIGHT (wing) handed ballots were designed by a democrat, the Florida Supreme Court is hearing testimony that the ballot designer was under the psychic control of Dick Nixon at the time.
