Barron's has a good piece on Latin America this week. They said that most of the latins are now in a different cycle right now counter to ours. Namely, their interest rates are falling while ours are rising. As a result, there markets are performing better and happens to be one of the best performing markets anywhere. They specifically mentioned TMX. It was a good read, worth your time.
