I've studied Technical Analysis for many years and spotted PCTV from chart analysis. Ialso believe a big quick move is imminent up to $9.00 level. Their has been much insider buying since December. Also from a fundamental point of view the stock does not belong where its at which is near book value. To me the drop in price happened from an over negative reaction to industry rather than the company itself. They have a big customer base and a significant edge over the cable companys or for that matter the telephone companies also.
