The Atlas, ALMI, 2003 10KSB for year end 2003 was not
filed until 3/30/2004. I would not expect management to file any earlier this year, particularly as I am sure they will want
to accompany the 2004 annual report with a letter outlining
the many major changes that have taken place with the company
so far this year. They would, I suspect, want to have the
ANMP settlement concluded, and to present to the stock holders
with an updated financial picture.
Knobias Market News had expected on historical evidence that
Atlas would report quarterly earnings during monday market hours which might explain some of the action in the stock today.
