Just talked with the CFO Ken Bowers today. He told me a few things:
1) They are not expecting to be profitable for 3-5 quarters.
2) They are not changing their name.
3) They have fallen behind their funding schedule.
4) They are NOT having a reverse stock split.( NOT opposed to delayed).
5) He thinks the price of the stock is cheap.(so do I)
