Press Release Friday, Sept. 20th, TVL announces $3Million Financing. Chairman of the Board Najmul Siddiqi announced today that the Corporation has engaged CIBC Wood Gundy Securites Inc. to act as underwriters in connection with a special warrant offering intended to raise gross proceeds of $3 million. The offering is expected to close in mid-October, subject to certain conditions, including receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. TVL intends to use the gorss proceeds to finance the pre-production arrangements to commence manufacturing the V-Chip Decoder, a device which gives parents control over the quality and content of TV programs viewed in the home and toward advancement of its technologies. Canada is to begin V-chip decoding as early as in the next few weeks and January in the U.S. Traded on Alberta Stock Exchange (TVL) $1.44 Canadian Here we go, looks really good.
