Larry: What type of waste does Smith process? Hazardous? Any relation to you? Don't give up on Rollins(Laidlaw). The new company will be a strong (and profitable) competitor in the hazardous waste processing arena. The first quarter of the new company will no doubt reflect charges for takeover costs and layoffs but beyond that may prove to be a solid investment. JKeba
