Daniel, the little I know about BTT tells me that it will have a run,it may come to screatching halt if they end up empty but we will have a chance to recover our investement before results are out, therefore, I intend to buy no more than 2,000 and sell half when price doubles and take the risk on the free ride. As far as the property goes, I understand that the company is already working to acquire additional properties so they don't become a single property play.
