A recent news article quoted the Fraser Institute as saying the climate for mining exploration in Canada is not healthy and they also said that BC is the WORST place in the WORLD for exploration (two of their reasons were obvious: over-regulation and over-taxation). Me thinks it will take something major to bring the excitement back. Just a guess......
