Actually the basic discussion centered on whether the advantages of the new technology, the larger sales force, and the larger support staff were offset by the risks of going into a sales downturn without a cash buffer and with interest expense due on a note. And in those days the discussion was not nearly so courteous as it is today. Ah the good old days. <vbg>
