Limited for Declaratory Relief ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 9, 1997--EchoStar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:DISH) today announced it has filed for a Declaratory Judgment in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. The action seeks a judgment confirming the obligation of The News Corporation Limited (NYSE:NWS), to loan EchoStar $200 million. EchoStar is confident that the court will confirm its position.
