I think T will continue to dip lower to $28 before it move up cuz it's too big and move too slow and high op expense. It spun off its hugh potential growth Lucent division and is eating into its profit with its heavy competition. It will take some time before this organization gets its restructioning to work effectively. I am still long on ATT, but in the mean time I am loading up the next high growth stock like ,COMS, BOCI, VLNT, RAPT, AMD
