Dman,

I believe that Freeserve trades on the NASDAQ as an ADR-American Depository Receipt-and the qouted share price of 1 ADR=10 shares of Freeserve on the FTSE. Therefore, a NASDAQ quote of $33.00 places a value of $3.00 per share on the FTSE. Someone else could probably explain this in better terms.
