Wikipedia is the largest collection of facts on the planet. It currently is about six times larger than the Encyclopedia Britannica.

Anyone can contribute to Wikipedia, it is completely created by volunteer effort.

Thus, the quality of some entries can be questioned.

Judging by the comprehensive nature of the Plame segment, I'd say it isn't a Rove fan who is publishing. :)

However, the author seems to be completely fair to all parties in the controversy. I myself take the same position that Joe Wilson does regarding culpability, i.e. Rove is guilty of a crime. However, the author of the Wikipedia piece correctly relates that there is some contention as to whether the rules on non-disclosure of NOCs applies to Rove, who isn't in the CIA chain of command.
