Good Morning Sonny,

Yes I know that Michael Dell sells shares in his company on a regular basis. To go out for an early bird dinner and a bargain movie matinee Michael needs to sell 4 million shares. I have a little problem with any ceo selling shares in a company when the shareholders are seeing their shares go lower. That is why I decided to lighten up a little on Dell. It is indeed my second largest holding next to Microsoft and I will probably stay put with what I have left in Dell.
There had better be no negative surprises when the next earnings are released.

It appears to me that there is some organized conspiracy against Microsoft. The charade and obnoxious theatrics are quite obvious. First the states, the Doj and now some disgruntled ex employee who got fired from Microsoft had run to the SEC and complained about some irregular accounting procedure. I think the only thing that is irregular about all of this is that all the above whiners needs to take some metamucil or ex lax.

Yes you would think that high employment would translate into higher stock prices. Regarding lesser number of welfare recipients, I wonder if anyone had noticed the flood of applications now being made at SSI
for work stress disability? It is becoming outrageous and I am surprised that the media is not all over this

Have a great Friday
Frank
