Donald, Common sense always outweighs book learning. You can drive my boat any time. I know that I will get to my destination by the most direct route. Given many of our misgivings in some areas, the allegation or insinuation that there is a scam involved here begs belief. I have said it before, and, well, I'll say it again. We have numerous press releases naming names and companies, RMC, PanAmHealth, Affordable Housing and to my mind some very crucial ones which have a highly professional visibility; namely Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, highly regarded, reputable physicians and other hospitals in Northern NJ. If these releases have been spurious, deceptive or deceitful in their content or intent, would not at least one of the individuals or entities involved have said, whoa, that's not true, retract that. Failing this. I must surmise that the releases are true. We have persons and corps whose reputations are on the line. Yes, I would love to have the finacials reported. We have been advised that John does not wish to do so because of ongoing negotiations with others. At some point, he must draw the line; a drop dead date to cut off the figures. I will grant John the latitude he needs to accomplish his goals. He knows that he has a fiduciary responsibility to us shareholders. I have said and repeat, let him get this company off and running. He is the one who knows the facts. Ultimately, he must answer to the shareholders. Until proven otherwise, I'll give him a long leash(with a choke collar). Now, some will view my comments as Polyanna. Frankly, to use an old NJ idiom, I don't give a flying you know what. You have factual information , not innuendo or supposition, post it. Not what ifs or maybes. FDR when asked "What if?" would retort: "I don't answer iffy questions." Thank you for your insightful posting, sorry I rambled on. Didn't get to use two pages, though. HeHe Warm Regards, Scottoo |
