that said, lets concentrate on prln.
at the dollar or even under level, no one can sell and make
money at it. they can limit loss. in my opinion..
now, that said. the downside at this level should be limited.
the up side is also limited as no institution will invest
at these levels.
that leaves those in the know..
so, for the price to rise the public o r any invewstor will
look for signs of progess on many fronts ..

now, the first two should not mean much other than a two day
event for prln.
actuall shipping even though we will not kknow sales numbers
will be inportant.
as to the questions concerning the aids product.
every major aids group..over 30 have seen the product and are
well aware of it.
the decision to start in california is one that meakes sense
and is workable. when introducing a product with a special
market you don't try to reach the public. its directed
at the users. so you start someplace..then, you expand as you can
handle shipping and distribution.
no one closes down a computer system and starts a new one with out
testing if the new one works. same with prln.
they must start, learn, expand at a controlled rate.
the 3 million and the burn rate.not inportant as they will
spend the money needed and it is limited on this product
till they can justify more money.
if sales are better than or even equal to projections, money is
uninportant as an issue.. company has no loans or debt..
