$35/Share for 5,000,000 Shares IOMEGA CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK ROY, Utah, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Iomega Corporation (Nasdaq: IOMG) announced today a public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its Common Stock at a price of $35.00 per share. The underwriters for the offering are Hambrecht & Quist and J.P. Morgan & Co. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital needs and general corporate purposes, including the repayment of a portion of the amounts outstanding under its bank loan agreements.
