Did you listen to the CC? I thought that there was genuine excitement in his demeanor. He tried to hold it back but still it was noticeable, at least by me.

The transcript is evidence of what he said, and yes, they were just words but meaningful words.

Either they will come true or he will have to eat them. This time I have a feeling that many will exit their positions and just take the loss if Joe's words are found to be meaningless.

With that said, with all that is supposed to be in the pipeline and if you add Architectural to the mix, all hades could break loose with this investment to the pleasure of those that have waited for, what it seems like, eternity!
