Hello Frank. I just got in. Did you see what Qcom did after the close? It was up over 9. About MO. Surprise, surprise. It was up a bit today. It will be quite a while before MO will know what the damages are if any when it goes to the higher court. I got out of the tobacco stocks a long time ago. With all this stuff going on, why bother? Frank. Pay the ticket before you go back to Vegas. How can they collect from there? I got a parking ticket in Fla. once and I don't remember if I paid it. Sonny
