Jeff: Using the following figures, is it possible to compare X-stream to FreeServe? From what I can gather from a post on the FreeServe thread, FreeServe has 100 million shares outstanding and a market cap of US$3.5 billion, plus 1.3 million subscribers and a share value of approx. US$34.00/share. Therefore, the value per subscriber is approx. US$2,692 (US$3.5 billion divided by 1.3 million). I don't think x-stream has 50 million shares but let's say they do. Based on US$3.30/share that would give them a market cap of US$165 million and a subscriber value of US$412.00 per user (165 million divided by 400,000 users). Therefore, if X-stream had a subscriber value of FreeServe (US$2,693), X-Stream's shares would be valued at about US$21.45/share.??? I'm no mathematician or accountant and I'd like to get someone else's opinion based on the figures above. Are they correct???? If X-stream only has 30 million shares, the value of X-Streams shares would be much higher. Of course, X-Stream also has more than 400,000 subscribers by now. |
