Your assertions about Micron needing extra time to cook the books may be defamatory, but you may not care; your vituperations have been incessant for months. A long while back you admitted that you turned negative on Micron around 80 when it was going to 94, as I recall, when you showed your very likeable quality of well- earned humility, you admitted being too early. Since Micron has recently been down to 16 and you insist its going to 6, maybe you're approximately 10 point error is repeating. How about reevaluating the foundations of your predictions? I'm sure Elaine Garzarelli is reevaluating. My NETCOM Personal Newspage reported on 9-12-96 that Vladi Catto, chief economist for Texas Instruments, said that the global semiconductor industry was close to hitting bottom and could see upturn in 4th quarter. Do you see any facts to cause a change of your prediction?
