Barrie, thanks for the response, but I'm not sure that you answered the question. Could you please discuss JAWZ capitalization. Is it sufficiently capitalized to implement its business model and to fight any/all litigation (please be specific)? Also, I wasn't clear from reading your response as to who commenced the litigation and I haven't had a chance to read the Post. My interpretation of the various posts re: the litigation is that there is a fight as to who has the rights to the encryption codes, etc. Am I correct? Is there any merit to Morrison's claims? If Morrison developed the encryption technology, has JAWZ found someone who is a suitable replacement? Lastly, I missed the volatility in the share price this afternoon, but suffered through it this morning. Any explanation for the volatility, other than the Post article? Looking forward to your response, which I'm certain will be timely. Regards and thank you.
