NDB - I looked at them some time ago and the story was no margin accounts for foreign residents but they would still accept a cash account. Looks like they've now chopped foreign residents completely. Too bad as they are one of the very few American brokers who charge only one commission for all trades for a stock on the same day on the same side. DLJ is the only other one I've found that will do this but it's $.02/share after 1000 shares.
